For the best performance possible, we recommend changing your DSTx filter every 3-6 months. Several factors like air quality and number of pets may indicate how often you change the filter. Those with allergies, for example, may consider changing the filter every 30-60 days.

How do I change the filter?

To replace your DSTx filter, first remove the plastic front cover from the device. Next, pull out and discard the older filter, and snap in the new one.

Can I wash the filter?

No, you should never wash the filter. When it’s time for a new one, simply toss the used filter in the trash and replace it with a fresh one.

What if it doesn’t work for me? Is there a return policy?
